Japanese learning at Modbury School P-6

Learning the Japanese language gives students an opportunity to discover the history, religions and cultural traditions of Japan. Japan has kept many  aspects of its traditional heritage, but also has a truly modern culture.

Japan has been a close strategic and economic partner of Australia for more than 50 years, and there is an ongoing exchange between the two countries in the areas of education, trade, diplomacy and tourism.

Students at Modbury School P-6 has enjoyed exploring the Japanese language and culture. In these photos, room 9 students were enjoying  reading some Japanese books during their relaxation, after lunch.  Elissa from Room 6 is greeting Divreen in Japanese with a bow.
