Indonesian Incursion 

Wow, what a day full of Indonesian culture for our students!

On Monday, F-2 students worked with Pak Aaron and Bu Nita from ‘Baguskan!’ to learn traditional storytelling through role play, dance and gamelan music, mostly from the island of Sumatra. The whole school was also treated to a Wayang Kulit puppet show that told the story of the Ramayana with Prince Rama and Princess Sita. The kids had a great time in these workshops and were very proud to perform to the school community.
