Supporting children with transition.
Changing classes can be a very difficult experience for young people. Knowing this, our school provides extensive supports through a whole-school multi-tiered framework that acknowledges that some students need more support and care to be successful.
Primarily, these activities occur in Terms 1 and 4 during the period in which students may experience the most difficulty.
Teacher handover, student profile development, and transition sessions are currently underway. Step Up Day will occur on Tuesday, 17th December for students going into Years 1-6 in 2025.
