🎉 St. Mary’s Fiesta 2024 – Just Around the Corner! 🎉

 

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to this year’s St. Mary’s Fiesta! Here’s a glimpse of what’s in store, ticket options, and how your participation will make a lasting impact on our school community.

 

What’s Happening at the Fiesta?

This year, we have an exciting lineup of stalls, food, rides, and special activities for all ages:

  • Games and Activities: Try your luck at carnival games like Lob-a-Choc, snap a memory at the photo booth, or enjoy face painting and the dunking machine.
  • Marketplace Stalls: Visit the wine wall, the ever-popular Cake Stall, and Lollies & Lucky Dip Station!
  • Rides for All Ages: From thrilling adventures to family-friendly attractions, there’s something for everyone! Rides include the Rock-Climbing Wall, Chair O Plane, Giant Atomic Drop Slide, Eliminator, Mega X Treme, Jungle Adventure, Giant Cup and Saucer, and Animal Nursery.
  • Online Silent Auction: Don’t miss our Online Silent Auction, where you can bid on a fantastic selection of items generously donated by our community. All proceeds go towards supporting our school!

Ticket Options and Cashless Fiesta

This year’s Fiesta will be fully cashless, making transactions quick and easy.. You have two ways to pay:

  • Fiesta Dollar Bucks: Fiesta Dollar Bucks can be used at all stalls. Purchase Fiesta Dollar Bucks in packs of 4 for $10.00 or 10 for $25.00. They can be pre-purchased or bought at the ticket booth on the day.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Card payments will be accepted at most stalls.

Ride Passes

Experience a range of fun rides for all ages! Choose from our Ride Pass options:

  • Individual Unlimited Pass: $35.00 for unlimited rides.
  • Family Unlimited Pass: $90.00 for families of three, providing unlimited rides for everyone.
  • 3 Rides Pack: $10.00, perfect if you’d like to try just a few rides.

This year’s attractions include the Rock-Climbing Wall, Chair O Plane, Giant Atomic Drop Slide, Eliminator, Jungle Adventure, and more!

Save the Date: Working Bee – 17 November

Mark your calendar for 17 November at 3 PM for a working bee at the school! Join us for garden maintenance, a tidy-up, and a dry run for stallholders. Bring the whole family—kids are welcome, and the BBQ will be on! Even an hour or two of your time makes a huge difference.

 

Thank You for Your Generous Donations!

We are so grateful for all the chocolate, lolly, and lucky dip donations that have already come in! To make the Wine Wall a success, we are still in need of more wine donations. 

 

Please drop off wine donations at the school office.

Why We’re Raising Funds

With every ticket, Fiesta Dollar Buck, and Silent Auction bid, you’re helping us fund essential school projects. Every dollar raised goes directly towards upgrading and refurbishing the Roseberry Street Buildings and classrooms and enhancing our STEAM and Creative Arts spaces, creating modern, inspiring environments for our students.
