Foundation nature play
Foundation – Visual Arts Term 4
In the last week of Term 3 students continued to create imaginative nature displays and this term, Foundation students are exploring imaginative world-building through drawing. They are imagining their own make-believe worlds, filled with special places, stories, and symbols,to create small artist books to bring their ideas to life.
Year 1 – Visual Arts Term 4
Year 1 students ended last term revisiting activities that they enjoyed during the year and they are now beginning their imaginative world-building project. They are designing and illustrating their own invented worlds, thinking about their family stories and cultures.
Year 2 – Visual Arts Term 4
At the end of last term Year 2 students picked activities that they had enjoyed during the year and this term Year 2 students are designing and illustrating their own imaginary worlds. They are exploring how drawings and symbols can express stories, culture, and meaning as they create their own imaginative artworks.
Year 3 – Visual Arts Term 4
At the end of last term Year 3 students picked art activities that they enjoyed to end the term. They are now exploring imaginative world-building. They are designing their own detailed worlds with drawings and symbols that represent a key feature of their imagined place.
Year 4 – Visual Arts Term 4
At the end of last term, students in Year 4 Visual Arts, picked art activities to create. This term the students are developing their own imaginary worlds through drawings. They are considering the stories and cultural values within their worlds and will express these ideas through artist books.
Year 5 – Visual Arts Term 4
At the end of last term students picked the art activities they enjoyed to end the term. This term, Year 5 students are designing and illustrating imaginative worlds that reflect their invented cultures and values. They will refine their ideas in artist books that symbolise key features of their unique worlds.
Year 6 – Visual Arts Term 4
At the end of last term students picked the art activities they enjoyed to end the term. This term, Year 6 students are designing and illustrating imaginative worlds that reflect their invented cultures and values. They will refine their ideas in artist books that symbolise key features of their unique worlds.The year 6 students expressed that they were having fun and they were enjoying making their books.
