Father's Day Breakfast
We loved hosting over 300 Dads and their children this morning for our annual Father's Day breakfast.
The courts were buzzing with joy as children and Dads ate delicious croissants, pastries, and yoghurts.
We loved hosting the annual Father's Day breakfast this morning. full of food, smiles and quality time with our Dads.
A big thank you to our amazing parent volunteers and staff for making the event possible.
Exploring Chemical Reactions!
This term, students have been busy exploring chemical reactions through a hands-on investigation using tartaric acid, bicarbonate of soda and water. They observed what happened when the substances were combined and investigated the signs of a chemical reaction, including fizzing and the production of gas. It was exciting to see science come to life!
Alongside our scientific learning, students have been developing their group work skills. They practised sharing responsibilities, listening to others’ ideas, communicating clearly and working together to solve problems.
Through these investigations, students discovered that successful science is not just about making observations, it is also about being a supportive and responsible team member.

Book Week Highlights
Book Week Parade
Last Monday, we kicked off Book Week with bright colours, costumes, and book characters!
It was a blessing to have so many parents join us for the Book Week parade, featuring all students, from our Class 3 in the ELC, to Year 6.
It was fantastic to see students encouraging and celebrating their peers’ creativity, with many smiles, cheers, and waves.
Visiting Author Mike Lucas
Mike Lucas visited last Tuesday to teach the students about different writing techniques and how he writes his books.
The younger year levels had a "let's build it talk" where they spoke about houses and foundations and were able to be interactive and heolpo him build a house out of blocks.
The older students learned about different writing techniques and processes. has written 10 books, Children's picture books and scary books for older readers
The main message he wanted to leave with the students is "It takes a long time to write a story and have it published. Don't give up!"
Where's Wally Wednesday
Our staff couldn’t resist joining in on Where’s Wally Wednesday last week for Book Week!
The students were excited as they searched for hidden Wallies around the school!
