Division Swimming Finals at Monash Aquatic

Congratulations to the students from Auburn South Primary school who competed in the Division Swimming Carnival at Monash Aquatic on Friday 1 March 2024. 

There were some excellent results achieved by our relay teams and individuals.

Daisy Strauch finished 5th in the individual freestyle. 

Congratulations to Fiona Ryu who will be heading to the next round after finishing 2nd in both the Butterfly and Breaststroke events. 

The boys under 10 Freestyle relay team was represented by Thomas Griffin, David Coleman, Junyu Zhong and Felix Schwal finishing in 4th place just missing out on a placing by 0.04 of a second. 

The boys under 11 Freestyle relay team represented by Lewie Lindeman, Oliver Alvarenga, Arch Griffin and Oliver Sleight did a terrific job to finish in 5th place. 

A super effort from our under 10 girls Freestyle relay saw them progress to the Regional Finals after finishing in 2nd place. Congratulations to Daisy Strauch, Fiona Ryu, Aurelia Collins and Maddie Gillman-Sheer on a great team performance. 

It was terrific to see so many great achievements by the students from Auburn South.
