Summer Uniform - Term 1 & Term 4
Students should fully transition from winter to summer uniform by Week 2 of Term 4. Please be aware of warmer days on the weather forecast and dress your child appropriately. Even though the mornings can be fresh, the temperature can be very hot by recess.
Please ensure your child wears layers on top of their school uniform, such as a jumper or jacket, so they can remove it as the day warms up. Dressing with layers underneath is discouraged as children find it extremely hard to regulate their body temperature if they cannot remove the layers easily.
The school has a year-round “No Hat – Play in the Shade” policy in place. Students without a uniform hat are required to remain in a supervised shaded area during outdoor activities.

This year, we are excited to celebrate two beautiful cultural festivals together: the Chinese Moon Festival and Diwali, the Indian Festival of Lights. Though rooted in different traditions, both festivals honour the moon, light, family, and the power of coming together as a community.
Our celebration, themed "Under the Same Moon, We Share the Light," will be a wonderful opportunity for students and families to learn about, appreciate, and celebrate the richness of our shared values through different cultures.
We invite all students to design and make their own lanterns using different colours, shapes, and materials. Be creative and try to use recycled or reused materials to help care for our planet! Your lantern will be part of a glowing display to celebrate the Moon Festival and Diwali.
Let your imagination shine bright!
Who can participate: Everyone is invited to take part in this DIY Lantern Challenge.
Where to submit your lantern: the School Hall.
When to hand in your lantern: Between 8:30am and 9:00am on Monday, 20 October (Week 2, Term 4).
Lantern Gallery Open Day
Our school community is invited to visit the Lantern Gallery and participate in a variety of cultural activities on Wednesday, 22 October from 2:30pm to 3:30pm in the School Hall.
