Thank You For Our Beautiful Deb Ball!

What a wonderful evening we all had at our Biannual Debutante Ball!

This is a major fundraiser for our school and I cannot thank our school community enough for their tireless efforts to make the evening such an outstanding success.

The Debutantes and their partners looked amazing! We had been practicing weekly for six weeks prior to the evening and the transformation of these young ladies and gentlemen was so exciting to see.  They learned to present themselves with grace and to dance a very difficult dance while making it look so easy!

To the members of the P&F and our school families that contributed in any way - whether it be to;  decorate the tables and pavilion, to man and prepare the bar, to deliver and pack up the tables and chairs, to clean the pavilion and pack up the next day, to attend practices every week and the list goes on - my sincere thanks.

All monies raised will go to our beautiful school - so all that hard work is worth it - our children are worth it!

I always consider myself to be truly blessed to be the Principal of such a supportive school community.

Melbourne Cup Calcutta

Our fundraising activities have not stopped though! Our P&F have their annual Melbourne Cup Calcutta coming up on Sunday the 2nd November at the Tenterfield Bowling Club at 7pm. Calcutta ticket order forms will be sent home today with your children. Please return these to the front office with payment by Friday the 31st October.

All members of the community are welcome to attend the Calcutta night at the Bowling Club, and to place bids in the horse auctions (or to just see if their ticket gets drawn!).
