Hsen AI Mohammadawe from 9E
This week as part of his reengagement program, Hsen impressed everyone with extraordinary art work that showcased both his creativity and skill. Hsen carefully crafted detailed figures of King Kong and Godzilla entirely out of cotton, demonstrating remarkable imagination and patience throughout the process.

Each character was thoughtfully shaped and brought to life through careful attention to detail, highlighting the student’s strong fine motor skills and artistic flair. This task not only reflects his creativity but also his ability to stay focused and dedicated to completing a complex and original idea. It was inspiring to see how Hsen student transformed a simple material like cotton into something so unique and eye-catching.

This work became a wonderful talking point among staff and students, reminding us of the many different ways students can express their ideas and talents. We are extremely proud of this outstanding achievement.

Congratulations to our Rugby League Superstars Repeka and Margaret Marama for winning their tournament in Albury last week. The girls showed incredible teamwork, effort and sportsmanship throughout the competition and making our school proud. Special mention also to Sanatana, Jualehna and Ruby-May who also took part in tournaments over the last 2 weeks.

Also, a big congratulations to Malakai, who was awarded Player of the year at this local rugby club. His hard work and positive attitude are a great example to others. Malakai's family has extended their gratitude of Josh Messer, Valerie Ioane and Valetine Hicks for their ongoing support and encouragement of Malakai in his sporting adventures.
