AUSTRALIAN MATHS COMPETITION

Students in Years 3-6

Don’t forget to return your note and payment of $8.50 by next Friday the 28th of June if you would like to participate in the Australian Maths Competition next term.

This will run from the 6th-8th of August.

What is the Australian Maths Competition?

The AMC is an engaging 30-problem competition that demonstrates the importance and relevance of mathematics in students’ everyday lives; it is open to students in years 3 to 12. Australia’s leading educators and academics, with a deep understanding of our national curriculum standards, actively design the unique AMC problems each year. Students will complete the challenge in 60 minutes and receive a certificate afterwards.
