Uniq You Girls Program

As part of the Uniq You Girls program we were fortunate enough to have a small group Careers Zoom session with several Yr. 10 and 11 girls who were interested in Policing. The girls heard from two Police Officers from Queensland who explained their roles in the force, their decisions to join and the process. The girls were able to take part in a question-and-answer session with the officers, asking interesting questions about the role of women in the Police force. 

In our debriefing and reflection time, the girls expressed that the talk continued to inspire them to follow their pathways into policing in the future.
