Science 

The Science faculty would like to thank NHS P&C for their generous donation towards a new incubator. It is pretty flash and a big step up from our old one.

We use the incubator to keep things at a constant temperature, usually for growing cultures on agar plates. These experiments are common in Year 10, 11 and 12, and we do some in Year 7 and 8 as well. With the new incubator, we have enough room for several classes to do the same experiment at once.
