Visit from the Police Dog Squad

On Wednesday, the Year 3/4 students were very lucky to have a special visitor come to the school. Kyle from the local Dog Squad brought his dogs Chow and Nahlia to visit St Brigid’s.  Kyle spoke about how important the Dog Squad are and what they do. Nahlia was very excited to visit the school and enjoyed meeting all the students.  Some lucky students even got to try on the safety vest and helmet. A big thank you to Chloe G (4D) and her Mum Lisa for organising this visit for us. 

Artist Spotlight

This week our Year 5/6 students have been learning all about Pop Art and have created some amazing flower displays using the soup can made famous by Andy Warhol.   Our Artist Spotlight this week shines on Ana B in 5/6C.  Ana your Andy Warhol artwork looks amazing. I like the shapes and colours of the flowers you used.
