We are thrilled to announce that our talented Newman Dance Group achieved a fantastic 4th place/Highly Commended out of 11 competitors at the recent Sydney Catholic Schools Eisteddfod!
This remarkable achievement reflects their hard work, dedication, and passion for dance. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the parents for their unwavering support- your encouragement and involvement make such successes possible.
Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate our next competition in Term 3. Go, Newman Dance Group!

Congratulations to our OLSS choir who performed at Domremy College Five Dock in the Sydney Catholic Schools Eisteddfod last Wednesday 29th May. Our choir behaved beautifully and respectfully and watched other choirs sing and then sang their hearts out. We were all so very proud of them. Unfortunately they weren't placed in their section which was a shame because they sang so well. These students turn up every week to practise and we will be exploring ways that they can continue to perform for us during this year.
Thank you to Mrs Bourne and Mrs Henniker who accompanied us on the day. Thanks also to Mrs Bourne for our new T shirts!
Well done choir!
