STAFF ABSENCES COVERED BY TEMPORARY RELIEF TEACHERS (TRTS)

Dear Parents,

Sometimes our staff need to be absent for important reasons like illness, training, or family needs.

We always try to bring in substitute teachers who know our school and understand how we do things at HEPS.

However, there are times when we can't find a substitute. When this happens, we do our best to adjust schedules and cover the classes internally. As a last resort, we might have to split a class and have students join other classes in small groups.

We appreciate your understanding and support during these times. Please know that we do everything we can to avoid this and only do it when absolutely necessary.
