Spirit Day

On Friday 24th May Holy Spirit  we celebrated our feast day, Spirit Day. This day is held close to the feast of Pentecost which is 50 days after Easter Sunday and is considered the beginning of the Church.

Father Arsenio spoke at Mass about the gifts and fruits of the Spirit and how we can use them in our lives. We are very lucky to have a preist that speaks so wonderfully to our children and makes connections to their lives. The rock band and choir performed at Mass and were full of joy and enthusiasm.

Thank you to our wonderful teachers for helping to make this such a successful and meaningful day and to our parents who organised a yummy lunch.

We are still working on our collaborative art piece, keep an eye out for it in the office foyer soon.

Grade One Mass

This week our grade one classes celebrated Mass on Wednesday. It is wonderful to see many of our families joining us for these masses. Father Arsenio spoke to the students about what Jesus did when he was alive. He also taked about Jesus' greatest message which is love.

The next level mass is the Prep mass which is on Wednesday 19th June at 9:15.
