Volunteers to help at the Fete

As you are probably already aware, our much-anticipated school fete is happening on Friday 14th November 2025 and we need your help to make it a fantastic success! 

A big thank you to those who have already signed up to volunteer; your support is greatly appreciated. However, we're still looking for more wonderful helpers to fill various time slots throughout the day/evening. By sharing the workload, everyone can lend a hand and still have plenty of time to enjoy the fun and festivities. 

Please mark the date in your calendar, and if you're able to assist, we'd love to hear from you. Together, we can make this fete an unforgettable event for our school community!

Cake Stall Donations

Roll up your sleeves and 'dough-nate' your baking skills towards the much loved Fete Cake Stall. 

You can bake anything you like! Popular items include decorated cookies and cupcakes, brownies, chocolate crackles, honey joys, slices, whole cakes, fruit skewers, banana loaf.  Gluten free & dairy free treats are also beneficial.

• Please note - NO products with NUTS or items that require refrigeration (e.g. cream fillings).

Listing of Ingredients

We are required to label baked goods with a list of ingredients used to ensure we comply with Government Food Safety Standards. 

Attached below is a print out of ingredient labels, please fill in your ingredients list when you deliver your baked goods, or you can clearly label your items beforehand. Printed labels also available at the front office. 

Packaging

Please package up your goods so they are ready for sale. This may be with paper plates, freezer bags, glad wrap, cellophane bags or disposable trays.

Please do not put items on your personal plates/Tupperware containers.

Drop-off times to the Front office/Compass terminal:

• Thursday 13th Nov  -  2pm to 3.15pm
• Friday 14th Nov (Fete Day)  -  8am to 12pm & 2pm to 3pm
• Friday 14th Nov (Fete Day)  -  after 3.15pm, please take directly to the cake stall.

Donations Needed!

As we ramp up preparations for the Twilight Fete, the planning committee is seeking your support!

We’re asking families to donate small items for our games and stalls. From now until Thursday 13th November, we’d love your help with the following donations:

Party-size Chocolates

Please donate small, individually wrapped chocolates for our popular Chocolate Toss game.

Lucky Jars

Looking for a fun holiday project with your child? Clean out empty jars and fill them with small treasures—think stickers, beads, wrapped lollies, Lego, slime, toys, pencils, and more! Completed Lucky Jars can be placed into the collection tub in the office. They’ll be sold at the Fete for $5 each.

Twilight Fete Raffle

We're kicking things off with two exciting raffles this term, packed with amazing prizes!

There’s something for everyone. Every ticket you buy helps to support our school community. We’re raising funds to create two new outdoor spaces for our students to enjoy — projects that will benefit the entire school community for years to come.

Raffles close at 6pm Friday 14th November and winners will be announced at the fete shortly after. If winners are not in attendance at the fete, they will be contacted by phone and can collect their prize from the school office.

Pre-sale Wristbands: $25 - Available until Monday 10th November.

Wristbands will be sent home with the eldest child on Thursday 13th November.

Missed the pre-sale? - Wristbands will be available for $30 from 10th–12th November.

Please note: No wristbands will be sold on Thursday 13th November but wristbands will be sold at the Fete on the 14th November.

Prefer single rides? - Individual ride tickets will be available at the fete for $10 per ride (cash only).

Limited EFTPOS available and NO ATMs onsite. Bring plenty of CASH for food, games, and stalls.
