Year 7 Instrumental Program

For any Year 7s keen to begin learning an instrument in Term 4 (Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Voice, Guitar, Drums) please complete the following expression of interest form:

Education Support Traineeship positions available at St Joseph's College

St Joseph's College will again offer Education Support Traineeship positions for 2024.

Any student, or extended contact of existing staff, wishing to apply for a traineeship should prepare a letter of application outlining the gifts and talents they will bring to the role.

Details relating to the position:

The role commences on January 29, 2024
Includes formal training (Certificate 3 in Education Support or alternate as relevant to the individual student/position)
Will include opportunities to participate in Camps, Sports and Excursions
Education Support Officers are entitled to all school holiday breaks
The contracted extends over the 2024/2025 summer holidays (which means that the trainee is paid through prior to the commencement of the 2025 school year)

Anyone considering applying is required to attend a briefing on the position with Mrs McAsey on Friday 6 October at lunch time (1.20pm) in the Hall.

If you are not able to make this session, please make individual contact with Mrs McAsey to arrange an alternate time.

Application process:

Attend the briefing with Mrs McAsey on Friday October 6 (or alternate arranged time)
Submit a letter of application, outlining the gifts and talents you will bring to the role
Refer to attached role description on Compass
Email your application to principal@sje.vic.edu.au by 5pm on Friday 13 October 2023.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 19 October 2023
