Parents and Carers Association (PCA)

Welcome to Term 4! 

As we come to the conclusion of the year a number of PCA members will be stepping down from their roles and finishing at the school. 

We will be seeking nominations for all executive roles of the PCA for 2024 including President, Secretary and Treasurer. These roles are all set up and ready to go, are as hands-on as you would like to make them and are a great way to give back to the School and support the community.

End-of-Year School Picnic Afternoon Tea 

Monday 11 December - School Oval

The PCA and School Council would like to invite families to an end of year picnic to celebrate the year and our collective achievements! This will be held on Monday 11th December after school, from 3.30pm to 5pm. 

We encourage all families to attend, bring a picnic rug and afternoon tea. Grandparents and siblings are all welcome. We will share more information closer to the date.

PCA Teachers Appreciation Lunch

Tuesday 12 December - Staff Room 

Our teachers' and staff most favourite day of the year is when the families of EPS provide them with a beautiful lunch to show our appreciation for all they do for our families and children. 

A call out for volunteers for the day and donations of food items will be made closer to the day. 

 9 and a half weeks to go and still so much to diarise and be aware of for all year levels.

We only have one meeting left for the year and a lot of fun things to plan and share for both Term 4 and 2024. Feel free to join us anytime. Meetings are held in the School Staffroom from 7:30 - 8:30pm.
