Term 3 Author visit and book week
Book fair was a fantastic opportunity for children to be inspired to read and enjoy something new.
Thank you for supporting The Avenue and EPS, we have over $1,000 to spend on new books.
Anna Zobel was our visiting Author/Illustrator.
Year 1s explored the concept of illustrating their stories and finding inspiration for their own writing adventures.
Year 3 authors had their curiosity sparked to understand characters better and put this development into place in their narratives.
Book parade was a big success as students (and teachers) celebrated favourite books and characters.
