18 years’ strong in the Pilbara

FN Hedland (Port Hedland, WA) marked the 18th anniversary of Morag Lowe opening her agency with a team snap honouring the occasion. 

Morag has successfully navigated the extremes of the mining hub’s property market and today leads the region’s leading real estate agency. As a long-term sponsor of Pink Pilbara Breakfast, the entire team was proud to have participated in the event which raised over $100,000 - thanks no doubt to Rick Hockey's great auctioneering skills!

10th anniversary and a new office for FN Salisbury

Making an impact in Morwell

Our newest Victorian office to join the network, FN Central KW (Morwell, VIC), has made an incredible impact in a very short period of time. 

They’ve visited head office, branded up their office and cars, placed advertising on buses, joined FN Commercial to make their commercial property services stand out, and Principal Frank Palermo even found time to sell a home while undergoing a day-procedure in hospital!

Broken Heel Festival

There’s rarely a dull moment at FN Broken Hill (NSW) where fans of iconic Australian movie, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, celebrate the movie’s spiritual home through the annual Broken Heel Festival. 

A handbag full of glittering entertainers from around the country get together to take over the main street, and local drag queen – Shelita Buffet – grabbed some attention by running FN Broken Hill’s bus advertising through some snapchat filters and posting to Facebook!

Business Lady of the Year

It’s hats-off to co-principal of FN Bundaberg (QLD), Elisa Mayberry for achieving finalist status for Business Lady of the Year in the 2023 Australian Ladies in Business Awards Initiative Awards (ALIBI). 

Winners will be announced on 27 October at the Museum of Contemporary Art in The Rocks, Sydney. Good luck Elisa.

Our Fabric has lost count of the number of times a member office joins FN Commercial and is then surprised by the sheer number of clients in their community who then say ‘I didn’t know you did commercial… can you help me with this?’ 

FN Commercial branding boosts your profile, as National Commercial Manager Anne Donchos clearly demonstrated on a recent office visit at FN Neilson Partners (Narre Warren, VIC). 

Anne also dropped by FN Commercial Westwood (Werribee, VIC) and FN Commercial Rayner (Bacchus Marsh, VIC), and has welcomed both FN Surat Basin Commercial Chinchilla (QLD) and FN Commercial Maitland (NSW) to the FN Commercial network.

On his most recent trip to Sydney, First National Chief Executive, Ray Ellis, dropped by the FN Ryde Group (Ryde & West Ryde, NSW) where the team has just celebrated its 15th anniversary of membership. 

Then he called in on Con Grigoriadis of FN Pyrmont (NSW), who has been with First National for 21 years, and finally spent some time at FN Daystar (Revesby, NSW), where he addressed Michael Sleiman’s team.
