PREMIERS' READING CHALLENGE - REWARD SHOPPING

As promised, the Top Performing class from Foundation to Yr 2 and Yr3 to 6 were awarded a $50 Book Club voucher to spend on classroom books.

Announced at our first Assembly this term

the Top Performing Class in Prep – Year 2 was: 

1153 Books - Miss Hart – 2/18

The Top Performing Class in Year 3 - 6 was:

1st – with a HUGE 1335 Books – Ms Thompson 5/35

In 2/18 the students cut and paste the Book Club catalogue to narrow down some books to vote for.  They made this poster and each cast their votes.  Democracy in action!  Well done 2/18 I am looking forward to delivering this parcel of books to your class next week!

library.langwarrinparkps.vic.edu.au is our Library search website listing every single book on our shelves along with Clickview videos.  Instructions on how to log your child into this page are located on the home page, however families can browse without a login too.  In this space you can view your child/ren's current loans, loan history, write book reviews, reserve books, and create a reading list.  In the Quicklists tab is a Premiers' Reading Challenge tab which lists all the Challenge books in our library.  Have a look it's lots of fun!
