Teddy Bears' Picnic

Preps had a wonderful day celebrating Friday the 7th, with a Teddy Bears' Picnic – filled with lots of favourite teddy bears and toys, fun themed activities and a special picnic in the Buninyong Botanical Gardens.

It was a lovely day for a picnic, with the students enjoying the warm sun outside. The children each brought their own favourite soft teddy or animal from home to enjoy the picnic too, which stayed by their side for the whole day.

Our Teddy Bears' Picnic was inspired by the classic book, 'We're Going On Bear Hunt' – a story that has become a staple in children's reading.
