Year 9 Social Emotion Learning Lessons

Last week in our SEL class, Year 9 students had the chance to learn about treating others with dignity. They engaged in meaningful discussions on racism and discrimination and the importance of making a positive impact by speaking up. This week, they will reflect on the bystander effect to eliminate negative behaviour within our College community.

Harmony Week

Next week, we celebrate Harmony Week as a College community. I hope to see many of our Year 9 students participate in the activities occurring each lunchtime. It will be an excellent opportunity to show community spirit whilst having fun with friends, so please get involved!

Year 9 Personal Grooming & Jewellery

We have noticed an increase in visible jewellery (necklaces) and make-up (mascara) among Year 9 students. If in doubt, please refer to our College Uniform and Personal Grooming Expectations. Thank you for being so supportive in this matter.
