The final weeks of Term 1 have arrived and with it a flurry of assessments. Students have been busy writing essays, creating articles, completing tests and practical assignments.
The results for the first round of OLNA assessments are in and huge congratulations to all those who passed. Your hard work and resilience have resulted in a great achievement for you. A reminder also that there continues to be weekly support during the school day and in evening prep for those still working towards completing their OLNA.
Finally, we would like to wish you a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We look forward to seeing you in Term 2 which is set to be a busy one with ATAR exams and Year 12 ESTs.

Drones - Bree Landrigan, Generalist teacher
Students have been actively deepening their knowledge of drones. They have been focused on acquiring the essential qualifications to be recognised as certified drone operators by obtaining their remote pilot license, authorised by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. With dedication and commitment, they are working through the 11
modules both in class and on their own, completing the online training, and honing their skills in practical settings. Drones present a fantastic opportunity to improve agricultural practices while also gaining credentials in a swiftly advancing industry.
