At the WA College of Agriculture, Cunderdin (WACoAC), we are committed to fostering a culture of holistic wellbeing among our students. Our wellbeing lessons go beyond traditional academic subjects. They serve as a platform for students to engage in physical activities, open discussions, and self-reflection. These sessions are designed to empower students with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the challenges they may encounter in their daily lives.

One of the key components of our wellbeing curriculum is physical activity. We understand the importance of staying active for both physical and mental health. Through a variety of physical activities, students have the opportunity to develop their strength, coordination, and teamwork.

In addition to physical activity, our wellbeing lessons incorporate open discussions where students are encouraged to voice their concerns regarding prominent issues within the school, their personal lives, or the wider community and the world. We believe that providing a safe and supportive environment for students to express themselves fosters a sense of belonging and promotes mental wellbeing.

As we navigate through the challenges posed by the ever-changing world, it is imperative that we prioritize our health and wellbeing. By investing in our physical, mental, and emotional health, we lay the foundation for a brighter and more fulfilling future.

We encourage students, parents, and guardians to actively participate in our wellbeing initiatives and embrace a lifestyle that promotes overall health and happiness. Together, we can create a supportive and inclusive school community where every individual thrives.

Thank you for your continued support in promoting wellbeing at WACoA Cunderdin.

Warm regards, stay safe and take care.
