PRINCIPAL'S REPORT

Lindy Burke

As our 2024 school year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on our collective achievements and express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has made this year so remarkable. This year has been filled with countless milestones and celebrations. From academic achievements and artistic endeavours to athletic triumphs and community projects. Simply, another fabulous year!

Christmas BBQ

Wow! What a fabulous afternoon yesterday celebrating the end of another massive year and of course celebrating  the very soon arrival of Santa. A huge thank you to Rebecca Turner for organising the event, thank you to Kiwanis for volunteering their time to cook the BBQ and providing the very popular slushy machine. That certainly was the hit of the afternoon! With Christmas Carols and the return of the mighty Christmas Hampers. Congratulations to our winners and a big thank you to all who supported this fundraiser!

Farewells and New Beginnings

  • We bid farewell to Chloe and Andrea who have been an invaluable resource in both Level 2 and Level 3 this year. Chloe, an ES, who has been supporting students in the classroom has finally completed her teaching degree, and is  off on a travelling holiday next year and Andrea, one of our trainees, is off to Uni. Their contributions have left an indelible mark on our school, and we wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
  • We would also like to say farewell to our Grade 6 students who have finally finished their primary School Journey. We wish them well and look forward to hearing of their achievements.
  • We would also like to say a heartfelt farewell to our families who are leaving us this year. Thank you and farewell:
