Principal's Update

Wow! What a week we have had at Cobram Primary School! This week has been full of events for our students with Golf Clinics, School Photos, Secondary School Taster Day, ANZAC Service and Cross Country all happening. The resilience our students have shown with the changes to their timetables has been exemplary. We are very proud of the way our students have conducted themselves, with lots of feedback and compliments about how delightful, well mannered and well behaved students were. This is a huge pat on the back for our students and families!

Across the rest of the term we will continue to have many things happening and we ask parents to keep an eye on events for your students. Please remember to send permission forms back by the due date to ensure your child can attend planned events.

Whilst there are lots of events happening, we continue to place our priorities on classroom learning. It is essential that students arrive at school on time and are ready to learn every day. Arriving late to class means that students have missed the mini lesson at the start and are unsure of the task required of them, this is not only disruptive to the student but also to the entire class. Please assist us by ensuring your child arrives on time for school each morning.

We love to see the initiative of our students across the school. This term we have already had students running break time activities, helping out other students and organising and events. Well done to Paige, Dylan, Brooke, Kiara, James and Jordyn who have been helping out with the organisation of activities for structured play.

Next week we are excited to be inviting our mums and special family members to our annual Mother's Day Breakfast. Hope to see you there!

Have a great weekend!
