My name is Kate and I am the Customer Experience Manager at The Portsea Camp.

I'm excited to extend an invitation to your Defence Force families, for an upcoming FREE program aimed at supporting veterans and their families through our Kayak Program.

Presented by The Portsea Camp, in partnership with The Break, our Kayak Program offers a unique opportunity for veterans and their families to connect with nature, themselves, and each other. 

Led by experienced staff members, these programs provide a safe and enjoyable space for participants to embark on a memorable kayaking adventure.

Taking place on the first four Saturdays in June (1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd), from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Devils Bend Reserve, these outings promise a day filled with excitement and camaraderie. 

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day to keep everyone energised and hydrated.

Our program welcomes children aged 10 and above to join their parents, ensuring families can share in the experience together. Through kayaking and various activities, participants can immerse themselves in the beauty of nature while forging connections with fellow veterans and their families.
