P&C Membership
All parents and carers are invited to become a P&C member ($1.50) via this link:

Note: Memberships paid now remain current for more than a year, until the end of February 2026.
All spending decisions by the P&C are discussed at meetings and voted by Members.
P&C Meetings
All parents and carers are welcome at P&C meetings. Meetings are online via Zoom. An agenda is published in the newsletter the week before each meeting.
At meetings we have updates from the school principal, P&C operational updates, and motions to expend money to the benefit of students at CPS.
Meetings are always 7:30pm, 4th Tuesday of each month during term.
The next meeting will be Tuesday 22 October.
P&C Formal Roles
The P&C needs volunteers to take on formal roles in 2025, especially
- Events committee leader
- Canteen convenor
- All roles are supported by the outgoing person and other volunteers.
The formal roles as listed above are essential to P&C operations and make a difference across the school community.
Volunteering with the P&C is a rewarding experience with an opportunity to connect with other families, make an impact and foster community. It is also great fun!
In the history of P&Cs, pretty much every volunteer to take a role has been uncertain if they have the skills or the time. After a few months, it flows well, and ultimately it’s a rewarding and educational experience.
