Grade 2 | Wattle 

Grade 2s have been learning about adverbs that end in ly. 

We have learnt that adverbs tell us more about a verb. We have been using adverbs to add greater detail to our sentences. 

As part of our writing we selected an adverb to write a poem about. We brainstormed lots of ideas and then selected our best ideas to put into a poem following a given structure. 

We edited our work, published it and displayed it in our classroom.
