Little Dove Cafe

Hi kids and families!

 

We are so pleased for the arrival of spring; flowers are coming up and the rain is certainly helping to keep Tassie green this year!

 

Our vegetable garden is pumping out tonnes of winter greens like kale, silver beats, spring onion, broccoli, beetroots, lettuce, garlic and so many different herbs that I hide in our recipes!

 

I’m so happy to see how our sustainability Maestro Luciano Brighella has transformed our school oval by planting on the side fruit trees of any kind which will give to us a tasty and organic produce to eat straight from the branches!

 

Bridget and I are now working on the menu of the last term, and we would like to know if there are any requests for different dishes to include from any families or children. I’m always very keen to explore new culture and recipes.
