WorldSkills 2024

On Thursday, 31 October St Aloysius Cronulla hosted the Biannual World Skills competition in Carpentry and Information and Digital Technology.

WorldSkills Australia competitions give young people an opportunity to showcase their talents, benchmark industry excellence, and champion vocational skills pathways.

The schools represented included La Salle Bankstown, St John Bosco Engadine, Patrician Brothers Fairfield, St Patrick's College Sutherland, De La Salle Caringbah and All Saints Casula.

Thank you everyone for your positive energy and support with WorldSkills.

A big thank you to  Mary Bancks and Michael Morris from Sydney Catholic Schools VET team who helped facilitate the event. I would also like to thank the WorldSkills judges who gave up their time adjudicating this event until late in the evening.
