Brentwood Market Day 2024 - 3rd September

Pre-Ordering System and Brentwood Bucks

Dear Brentwood Secondary College staff, students and community,

To help our stall holders anticipate the level of demand and interest for their product and/or service, we ask that you engage with using our pre-ordering system to help make sure that there is enough of the variety of goods/services you are looking to purchase on Brentwood’s Market Day 2024 available for you to enjoy!

Pre-ordering System

The way the pre-ordering system will work is as follows:

  1. To begin, please click on the attached link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SD8RH6V
  2. Then enter the following information: provide your Compass ID and name
  3. Pre-order from up to three stalls of choice
  4. For each stall you are requesting to purchase from, you will need to know the stall number, the products you wish to buy from the stall and the dollar value of your total order and
  5. After this, please submit your response. This will be directed to the stall holders by staff.

The pre-ordering helps the stall holders be prepared; however, they will also have excess goods/services available as well for those who are wanting to make decisions on the day, too!

This is a good way to make sure you secure the items or activities you are highly interested in though.

You will not need to pay for these till Market Day, you will use your pre-purchased Brentwood Bucks to finalise your order and purchase on Market Day on Tuesday 3rd of September.

Pre-ordering will be available as of Week 4 (commencing Monday 5th August) and close at the end of Week 7 (Friday 30th August).

Brentwood Bucks

Brentwood Bucks can be bought from the front office on: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during Recess and Lunch time (only).

You can use cash or EFTPOS to purchase your Brentwood Bucks, strictly during these times.

The purchase of Brentwood Bucks will commence at the start of Week 5 on Monday 12th August.

Thank you everyone for your participation and contribution to what we are anticipating will be a great day!

Electronic device use at Brentwood Canteen

We would like to thank you for your continued support with the Personal Mobile Devices Policy. We have noticed students trying to utilise their phones as a payment method at the canteen and ask that families look to make other arrangements.

Mobile phones are not to be used at the canteen as they are not allowed to be in use between the school hours of 8.45am and 3.05pm.

Students can make payment via an EFTPOS card or cash.

Thank you for your cooperation.
