RSC 2025-2026 Long Course Season Calendar
Please take note of the 2025-2026 Long Course season calendar below. The calendar includes club events, such as the PB Challenges (formally Aggregates) and RSC hosted meets, as well as targeted meets. Although there is a column to indicate which squads should enter each meet/event, swimmers from any squad are always welcome to enter and attend any of our targeted meets.
All entries for meets are via Swim Central. You can click the following link for instructions on how to enter a meet if you've never done it before: How to Enter a Meet – Swimming Australia Online Support Portal
Metro East All Junior Selection Trials - 1 March
We have received confirmation of the start time for Sunday’s Metro East All Junior Selection Trials. The meet will commence at 1:15pm — so for some families, there’s a chance for a bit of a sleep-in.
As Ringwood Swimming Club is a member of the Metro East District, we are required to provide volunteers to assist with running the meet. Thank you to those who have already put their hand up to help on Sunday — your support is greatly appreciated.
Metro East has now confirmed that RSC will be allocated Lane 1, and we will also be sharing Lane 2 with one parent from Melbourne Ladies College for timekeeping duties.
Please refer to the table below for the list of volunteers rostered. If your name (or your swimmer’s name) appears on the list, please make a note of your allocated role.
In particular, where a swimmer’s name is listed for timekeeping, we will require their parent to fulfil this role. If you/your swimmer’s name is currently marked as unconfirmed, please respond as soon as possible with your availability.
Meet Details:
The meet program, athlete list etc is available on the Metro East website.
Metro East District Championship - 15 March
This is also a whole-club targeted meet. Entries close at 11:55pm 8 March.
Senior Squads will have been getting recommended events from Carlos. If you haven't yet, please check with him so that you don't miss out on securing a spot in the meet.
Further details will follow. It would be fantastic to see RSC strongly represented, giving us a great opportunity to contend for the District Champion – McArthur Trophy.
