Design & Technologies

Foundations have experienced making and creating things and coding on our tablets. For the remainder of the year they will follow instructions to construct a range of things.  

Junior school have researched, designed and are now creating marble mazes from cardboard and paper. They will work on these for a few weeks before taking them home to share with their families.  

Middle students are being coding and constructing using Hummingbird MircoBits. For the rest of the year they will work on a mini project to show all they have learnt. They will build an item from cardboard that they can attach a robot brain to, that they will code to move and light up.  

Senior students have been having a blast using the VEX Robotic kids we have borrowed from Galen. Student have followed instructions to build robots that they can code to move, sense objects and complete tasks.
