Last week, the P&C held our AGM and elected the office bearers for 2026:

• Events Coordinator: Ashley To

• Canteen Convenor: Cecille Abejuela

• Technology Coordinator: Danny Cui

• Class Parent Coordinator: Jay Lam

• Grounds Coordinator: Greg Austin

A big thank you to both our returning and new volunteers. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our long-time volunteers - Joe Grundy, Pearl Chan, Paul Battaglia and Yeddi Ko - who have stepped down from their office bearer roles. They remain valued members of our community and continue to assist with handovers and upcoming events. I am truly grateful for their ongoing support!

Our next P&C monthly meeting will be held in February 2026. You do not need to be a P&C member to attend, but membership is required to vote on meeting motions (e.g., funding decisions). To become a member, please register via this link:

Membership is $1.50 for an individual or $2.50 for a couple. The meeting agenda will be shared via email beforehand.

Mark your calendars for our festive community event, Carols in the Park, hosted by the P&C and taking place on Friday, 12 December at 4:30pm. We warmly invite you and your family and friends to enjoy a delightful evening of picnic fun, festive music, good company, and holiday cheer. This special event reflects the warmth and spirit of our school community, and we look forward to celebrating together!

The P&C is here to build a supportive and engaged community, and we welcome your involvement. I look forward to seeing you at our future meetings.
