We had a very successful book fair @Resurrection School and the library leaders and students would like to thank you for your support.

The library receives a commission. This money will go towards the ‘Book week’ celebration at school and also for new resources for the library.

Without the help of our wonderful library leaders and generous staff, this event would not have been possible. The staff who helped with the book fair came to school very early in the morning and also stayed back after school to help set up for the day and with the sales during  the book fair. Thank you Mrs. Curtin, Mrs. Zhang, Mrs. Edwards, Mrs. Hartono, Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Sigmont, Mrs. Perera, Mrs. Frau and Mrs. Fran.

It is always lovely to see so many parents/ carers and have a chat with them at these events.

Hi my name is Chloe and I am a library leader for 2025. I will talk about the creative, fun and interesting book fair that has been going on. As a leader, I’ve been helping people out with handling money. This year we have trendy and creative books and stationery, like rubbers and pencils! All of the money goes to the school library so we can have more new books to read and also towards book week celebrations. Have you bought anything from the book fair? Chloe Ng

The book fair was such a success. There were lots of different books, rubbers and more!!. I loved helping out and handling the cash. It was very busy which made it more fun. If you missed it this year, you can come next year and it will be amazing as well. Heather P

Something I liked about the book fair was that there was a whole book case of under $5 books. There were amazing books to pick from and this book fair was the best because I could help with the sales and also handling cash. Gaurav H

Book fair, book fair, book fair!!! It has been so much fun setting up all the books with the other library leaders. Of course this is the one and only book fair for 2025. My favourite part about the book fair was being the cashier and watching everyone smile and say “wow” the library looks amazing. Tiana P

Hello everyone my name is Amber and I am going to talk about the marvelous book fair. Yes this book fair was different by brand but it does not stop it from being literally amazing! Helping out this year has been great and amazing mainly because you don't have to fight over a place to be a library leader but please do not take it the wrong way. It's so much fun seeing how everyone is receiving the best books and other pens and erasers and much more. I'm not gonna lie, even I am jealous that I have to buy a book or more. So more about this book fair is the helpers… ME! As a proud library leader I will 100% do my helping out and these are some jobs, selling books and erasers, placing people´s orders for more books, selling books on the spot and much more. Sadly this is the end of the book fair but come back next year for the best stories of the year. Library leaders are the best, will you be a future library leader? Amber R
