Physical Education

On Thursday the 1st of May, 21 students from Grades 3-6 represented Meadows Primary School at the District Cross Country event. 

To prepare for the event, students ran laps around the school's oval. 

The 9- and 10-year-old girls ran first and Maya, Zahra and Anamariah gave it their all.

Next, Adam, Yasin, Yasin, Samir, Ramzey, Ibrahim, Mohammed AW, Mouhamed AE and Ibrahim A ran in the 9- and 10-year-old boys race. 

Amoun, Sereen and Esma competed in the 11-year-old girls' event and ran approx. 3km! Hussain was our only runner for the 11-year-old boys' race. 

Finally, Haala, Mya, Sina, Asiyah and Asiya M ran in the last race for Meadows PS which was the 12-year-old girls' event.
