Our Attendance Focus

As you would have noticed, Attendance has been a big focus at our school. This is in line with our Wyndham network and Department of Education priorities. As we get closer to the end of the term we will be celebrating students who have 90%+ Attendance with lunch our Principals Lunch and sending home specific communication to families where their child's attendance is tracking for the year so far. Our whole school attendance rate for 2025 (so far) is 89.3%, with our goal being 90%.

3-6 Athletics Day

On Tuesday we had our annual 3-6 Athletics Day at the VU Sporting Complex. Even though the weather was not the nicest at the beginning of the day, it turned out to be a wonderful day. There were many positive examples of our students demonstrating all of our school values as they encouraged one another, had a go and connected with their peers. We would like to thank Mrs. Morgan who organised the day. She was there early to set up,with the support of Jonathan and pushed out all the communication to ensure things ran smoothly. We would like to also thank our staff and the students from MacKillop College who supported the running of all the events.

Term 3 Swimming Program

Across next term our Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 students will participating in an 8 lessons swimming program at Paul Sadler Swimland. These program will be free to all students. Families are required to provide consent via Compass by Monday 30th June 2025. Once we have permission we will notify families of the swimming timetable.
