Selamat siang!

This week the 1/2 teachers have been blown away by the creativity and enthusiasm students displayed when writing narratives. We have spent the last few weeks exploring the structure of narrative stories including the characters, setting, a problem and a solution. The students had the opportunity to uplevel their writing using adjectives, language from our VCOP displays and get feedback from their peers on how to make their story more engaging. It was impressive to see students editing their writing by checking for capital letters and full stops.  You might like to ask your child about their talking pet narrative - what happened to their talking pet?

Student Voice

“Liam means strong warrior and protector” - Liam M
