Boarding News

One week to go!  We are nearly there…

Our boarders will be representing in both Junior and Senior divisions of the inter-boarding school touch competition being held at Marist Brothers Ashgrove on Sunday.  The teams will be cheered on by our Croc Cheer Squad.  Thank you to Reese and Shari for organising the teams.

We also proudly celebrated our many cultures in boarding at Harmony Day on Thursday.  It is wonderful to be part of such multi-cultural and diverse school and Boarding House.

We are looking forward to a quiet weekend with study for students who have exams up until Monday, still many assignments due and of course, packing.  There will be schools from North Queensland and Adelaide hiring our Boarding House over the holiday break for sporting competitions being held in Brisbane.  The entire boarding facility will be utilised.

Thank you to our wonderful boarding parents who attended our first Friends of Boarding meeting on Tuesday evening.  There were many initiatives and ideas raised which our 

co-ordinator, Kylee Easton, will pass on at the next P&F meeting to be held in Term 2.
