Enjoying Harvesting and Cooking
Envirostars have been very busy replanting the veggie patch and harvesting the wonderful vegetables that have been growing over spring.
As we had a bumper crop of silverbeet a lovely parent, Saana Radion and her mum, Tammy showed Envirostars how to make delicious dolmades.
We made one batch with silverbeet leaves and another with our grape vine leaves. Everyone enjoyed eating these delicious morsels!

In another cooking session, we harvested our bok choy and made a tasty stir fry. We incorporated lots of other veggies to make it very nutritious and delicious!. Thanks to the PFA for funding our veggie patch and cooking this year.
