What have we been up to?

“Do it for Dolly Day”

On "Do it for Dolly Day," our school community came together for a heartfelt fundraiser supporting the anti-bullying foundation. Students enthusiastically participated in a variety of activities throughout the day, including engaging sports games, writing kindness cards for their friends, and creating vibrant chalk drawings in the quad. The atmosphere was further enlivened with music, as everyone enjoyed listening to tunes in the quad. It was a wonderful day filled with fun, creativity, and camaraderie, all in the spirit of promoting kindness and standing against bullying.

Environmental Grant will help clean up our school

We are excited to announce that our school has won an Environmental Grant from Cessnock City Council, which will be used to purchase Terracycle bins. Terracycle bins are innovative recycling containers designed to collect and recycle hard-to-recycle waste, such as pens, snack wrappers, and other items that typically end up in landfills. Keep a lookout for these new bins around the school starting in Term 3, and join us in our efforts to make our school more sustainable!
