Week 10 - Mr. Ryan's Report

As we slowly make our way to the end of term our teachers are busy writing reports and report comments and students are still squirrelling away at their work.

Year 9

This week the Year 9 Students have their Pathways to Progress Information Night where they will get the chance to discuss their future learning with the VCE, VM and VET teachers at the College. This will be a great opportunity for these students to gain a better understanding of what they may be interested in doing in their senior schooling years.

Year 8

Year 8's this week have begun sanding and painting their F1 cars, these are starting to look very good and it will be great to see their finished products. Once these cars are all looking ready for the track we will see them being raced which will be very exciting and will be a great end point to a lot of work completed by the Year 8 Students to get this done. Thank you to Mr. Zudetich for your work with the Year 8 students and their creating of these cars and also a thank you to Mrs. Fitz who provided some assistance during this process and allowed the students to view their cars being made.

Year 7

In Year 7 Health, Students have been busy creating posters about Healthy Eating. After watching "That Sugar Film" the Year 7 Students have been tasked with creating posters to go up in our canteen and in the primary area that provide some information on healthy eating and what can be done to improve our eating habits. These will hopefully be finished, printed and ready to grace our walls for next term.

In Art as part of the school wide Berry Street program students created a piece of expressive artwork that reflected an Emotion.
