Highlight
Halo,
This week in writing students started looking at writing letters. They wrote an invitation to their buddies, a letter to the office staff and a letter to a member of their family. They were excited to be able to deliver their letters. In Maths we made our own number lines to 20. Students were then able to use their resources to practice counting on and counting back. Our guided inquiry this week looked at composting. Students sorted pictures of waste items and chose whether they could be composted or not. This was a great connection to our kitchen garden program after the success of our lunchbox creations last week.
Kind Regards,
Tegan, Emma and Ash
