In grade 3, our writing focus has been about explanation texts. These texts help us to explain how or why certain things works. As a class, we have been learning to write a text on ‘how bees make honey.’ The class watched a short video that explained the process and  used a planner to clearly set out their structure of their explanation. Grade 3’s used Chromebooks to help research and write.
