Student Mobile Phones

Many of our students carry a mobile phone to and from school, we please ask that they be dropped off and collected from the front office daily. Students are not permitted to keep phones in their bags or on their person during school hours.

Operoo Update

Just a friendly reminder to please update your Operoo profile when any of the following are applicable:

  •    Change of address
  •    Change of phone number
  •    New or changed medications
  •    New or changed emergency contacts

Operoo is a communication hub for staff and families, so having up to date information is very important.

 

Fresh Produce Stall

Our Sustainability Leaders will be setting up a stall on Friday afternoons when assembly is being held, if you would like to purchase some culinary delights grown in our school garden!

Pre-loved Uniform Shop Hours

Uniform shop opening hours:

   Tuesday - 8.40 - 8.55am

   Wednesday - 3.15 - 3.30pm

   Friday - 8.45 - 9am 

To visit the uniform shop outside of these hours, please contact the office.

Late Arrivals

If your student arrives at school after the music has stopped playing, they will need to sign in at the office. 

We are happy to assist you and your children at the office with this. 

This prevents us from sending you a clarification text. 

Absences 

Just a friendly reminder to please advise the school of student absences at your earliest convenience, either via email or the absence line.

When leaving a message on the absence line, please include your name, the student's name, and classroom, along with the reason for the absence.

Extended Absences

Extended absences ,eg holidays, during term time need to be communicated with our principal, Mrs Carrie Rodda.

MACSSIS Survey

Throughout each year, we pause to listen to our students, families and staff to gauge how our learning community is travelling. This feedback is invaluable to our progress as effective school communities and is backed by evidence-based research and best practices.

 

Shortly all students from years 4-6, staff and a randomised group of families will be invited to participate in the survey. Please read the letter of informed consent  (attached below) and contact the school if you would like more information.
