R U OK Day 12th Sept

R U OK DAY  Special Canteen Lunch order on Thursday 12th September  

The canteen is offering a special lunch order for $10.00 (cash only) 

All special lunch orders will include a R U OK Cookie!

Please fill in the order form and return to the Canteen with correct money 

strictly by 9am Monday 9th September.  No orders will be accepted after this date.

Please use a seperate form for each child 

and return to the canteen in a sealed envelope / bag. 

To assist the Canteen please ensure that your child's name and

 class is clearly marked on the fom.

***IMPORTANT***

No other lunch orders will be available on the day.

 The Canteen will be open for recess and lunch for over-the-counter sales.
